Vocal Mondays
If all you want to do is record vocals over your own backing track then Vocal Mondays is for you, it's simplicity itself, come in with your backing track on CD/DVD or USB data stick and record your vocals for only £18/hour (Mondays Only.) Please click here to make a booking.
Online Mixing
OK, so you've put together a great track, the drums are sorted and vocals sound just right, but it doesn't fit together? Or maybe you've recorded an awesome gig and want an expert to mix it for you? We can provide the solution! Send in your multi-track recording along with your notes as to how you want it mixed and, in a couple of days (usually under a week turnaround) we send back your track fully mixed. If you want any changes or amendments we'll sort 'em with 5 free revisions. All this for only £65 and great discounts on multiple tracks. Online Mastering
So the tracks mixed and sounds sweet in the studio. However it doesn't sound right on your headphones, or in the car. Not only that, it sounds really quiet against that track you've just bought. You've tried some mastering plugins and it sounds all distorted or muddy, when you put up the levels to get it loud enough you loose the bass. What it needs is proper mastering. This is more than whacking it through a couple of presets and hoping for the best. Our carefully designed monitoring environment, high-end equipment and (of course) expertise is what you need. We've had tracks played on national networks including Radio 1 and many of the countries top clubs. Just send in your track (either online or by mail) and we'll send it back to you expertly mastered, we're so confident that we'll give you 5 free revisions, and you don't pay until you're happy. Tracking your music
Are you looking for somewhere to record and you have the expertise and equipment to do it yourself? Then look no further, the Mutant Lab control room and live room are available to rent. Slots are four hours and prices start from just £50 (Please note this is exclusive of microphone and studio equipment use.) To find out more and to geta quote please click here
Location Recording

Rehearsal/Practiceroom hire
When we're not using our live room for recording we rent it out for 4 hour slots as a practice room, it comes equipped with a PA, microphones,drum kit (excluding breakables) a combo guitar amp, a 4 x 12 guitar cabinet and a 4 x 10 bass cabinet (both cabinets exclude amp head unit's.
